About Tournament Time Sports™
Tournament Time Sports™ Co-Owners, Doug Williamson and Chad Hatfield, were avid sports fans. After they successfully hosted many local tournaments, the two decided it was time to take their knowledge of the game to the next level; therefore, they brought their experience to teams across the country, as a result, Tournament Time Sports™ was born.
The vision for Tournament Time Sports™ was to build a company that provided unprecedented services while ensuring teams played at the most premier sports venues. To achieve their goal, they made available to coaches and parents the necessary tools; such as online registration, smart phone app, real-time score updates and many more. Their company prided itself on producing highly organized tournaments and they believed the best way to ensure that was keeping a direct line of communication to coaches, players and parents.
Tournament Time Sports™ made an enormous impact in their home state of West Virginia and quickly made a name for themselves on a regional level with sights on a national platform. After hosting events in several states bordering West Virginia, the company swiftly became known as one of the premier sports tournament companies on the east coast. Teams from Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio, West Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, Indiana, and Virginia have attended their events year after year, with that success, they are confident they can and will provide you with an unforgettable tournament experience.
Tournament Time Sports™ success with youth basketball and baseball has lead the way to softball being introduced to the event schedule in 2017. The future has never looked so bright. Tournament Time Sports™ looks forward to seeing you at their next event. They know you have a choice and appreciate you choosing their tournaments.
Tournament Time Sports has a not solicitation policy for all our events. If you are found solicitating teams at any of Tournament Time Sports events you are in direct violation of these policy’s.
